PAN Card Services
PAN means Permanent Account Number. It is a ten digit alphanumeric unique number, issued by the Income Tax Department.It is mandatory to quote PAN on return of income. Form 49 A is to be filled up to apply for new PAN card. You have to submit Proof of Identity and Proof of Address along with application form.

p) Certificate of Identity signed by a Municipal Councilor in prescribed format only

How to Apply for a new PAN Card?
1. Download Form 49 A and take a printout to apply for new PAN Card.
2. Fill the form with black ink pen.
3. Paste 2 stamp size color photographs on the space provided in the form.
4. Sign the form in the appropriate places, i.e.
a.One Signature across the top left photo pasted on the form.
b.One Signature within the box just below the top right photo area.
c.One Signature within the box at the end of the form (bottom right corner of Page 2)
5. Attach self attested copy of ID proof, any one from the list mentioned.
6. Attach self attested copy of Address proof, any one from the list mentioned.
7. Make the payment of Rs. 299/- by Cheque / DD payable at Chandigarh in the name of Gracia Finance Cafe Consultants Private Limited.
8. Send all the documents along with Cheque or DD to address provided here by post / courier to : –
